Changing passwords for SVM user accounts
You can use System Manager to reset the password for a Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) user account.
Steps 
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Storage Virtual Machines hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, select the SVM and click Configuration > Security > Users.
4.
Select the user account for which you want to modify the password and click Change Password.
5.
In the Reset Password dialog box, type the new password, confirm the new password, and then click Change.
